DAY 4

Who will give it all for Jesus? ‘God, how would you like to use me?’

(For it is God who works in you to will and to act on behalf of His good pleasure – Philippians 2:13′

Revelation 7:9-10 – “There before me was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb. They were wearing white robes and were holding palm branches in their hands. And they cried out in a loud voice: Salvation belongs to our God, who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb.”

We have compassion for the lost: One day, a vast, diverse number of humans will be in heaven worshiping God. But they won’t gather there automatically. Our heart breaks for what breaks God’s heart and thus we want to share the Good News with those who haven’t had an opportunity to experience God’s forgiveness and grace. Without the evangelistic ministry of the church, souls are lost for eternity. Prayer is an integral part of that mission.

Some Inspiration:

Why we pray:

“Prayer is the mighty engine that is to move the missionary work.” A. B. Simpson

Confident Prayer:

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 1 John 5:14

Faithful in Prayer:

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. Romans 12:12
